We carefully choose our materials and vendors based on sustainable practices, the Tagua seed for instance, is a replacement for elephant ivory and plastic in the manufacturing of buttons. The environmental impacts of its extraction are positive: it is a non-timber forest product, the volume of extraction is small, and the harvesters have to wait until the seed has fallen from the palm to pick it up, otherwise it won't be useful.

Usually, this service takes around 5 business days to deliver an order within Ontario and 7 or more business days to deliver to another province.
Most orders received before noon will ship the same day, provided that the products ordered are in stock. Most orders received after noon will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except prior arrangement.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We encourage you to read the detailed description of the products, to see their enlarged image carefully and even to ask us any questions you may have about them via email at: info@miaaccessories.ca, to make sure the products match your expectations. We will exchange defective products when they are in stock or give you a full refund.
All jewelry and other accessories must be returned in new, unworn condition.
You may return new, unworn items sold and fulfilled by Miaaccessories.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just send us an email at: info@miaaccessories.ca and we will let you know about the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
